Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Requesting a return/refund/swap out
Please send all of the details including your order number to Please read below before sending us an email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order number.

Refunds will exclude the courier fee should part of your order be returned. Refunds will include the courier fee should your whole order be returned. Goods must be unopened and undamaged. Opened printer cartridges/toners/drums will not be refunded as they are considered used.

Damaged in transit / Defective / Incorrect Goods
All of our products include a 1 year guarantee unless otherwise stated in the product description. We will arrange the goods to be collected and swapped out at our expense. The faulty product will first be tested before being swapped out. Faults will not be covered on empty or well used inks/toners.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where refunds cannot be granted (if applicable)
- Goods that have been used or opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 2 Dover Road Dawncliffe, Westville KwaZulu-Natal ZA 3629 or request us to book a courier to collect from you.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2 Dover Road Dawncliffe, Westville KwaZulu-Natal ZA 3629, or provide us with your preferred collection address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
